Create Badges

To create a badge for an individual (recipient), you must enter their information and photo into a Credentialing e-FILE via the system.

e-FILES are electronic files that can be easily stored, retrieved and updated in the system as needed.


HOW IT WORKS
  • Login to the system, click the CREATE button and then the CREATE A BADGE button.

  • Enter the recipient's information into the fields displayed and upload their photo.

  • Select the appropriate template(s) to be used for the recipient's badge(s). Templates are required to create badges.

  • You may also enter other important information into the recipient's e-FILE for additional record keeping and badge verification purposes.

Click the SAVE button to store the e-FILE in the system OR click the SUBMIT/NEXT button to save the e-FILE and start the Badge Ordering process.
